Shipping Methods

Shipping is free! So it may take about 15 days receiving your goods after you pay your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Easy Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return policy elapses after 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this deadline. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We only accept items in their original condition.

If you need to return or exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shanhai@shanhai.store informing why you are returning the goods with photos of the damaged goods. You will receiving our response in 3 days.Returns and exchanges are sent at your expense, but for exchanges, new goods are sent back at our expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
